The Joseph's Wigs website or any part of the Joseph's Wigs website may not be reproduced, copied, sold, duplicated or otherwise exploited without our express written consent.

By entering your details into our website you agree to be contacted by Joseph's Wigs with to special offers and new products. Your details will not be passed onto any third parties.

Please note we do not have a 'live' stock feed when ordering and some products may delayed. You will be notifed by email of any possible delays. Thank you for your understanding.

UK Orders

  • UK orders over £100 are free delivery
  • Orders under £99.99 or under are subject to a non-refundable £6.95 shipping charge
  • Our aim is to dispatch your order within 3 to 5 working days but please allow 5 to 7 working days from the date of your order
  • If we can not guarantee dispatch within this period you will be emailed with any possible delays
  • Please note some Raquel Welch and Gabor styles can take 7 to 10 working days to arrive
  • If Next Day Delivery option is selected on orders over £100 > £6.95 please note this is from the date of dispatch and not from the date of ordering
  • All orders / parcels are sent in plain/discreet packaging with nothing advertising ourselves or the contents
  • A signature will be required on receipt (Royal Mail or Parcel Force)
  • You can check the status of your order at anytime, if the status is 'Processing' this means your order is being prepared and you will emailed once we have dispatched your order
  • If you do not receive an order confirmation please check your junk folder or drop us an email 
  • Once dispatched you will receive an email to confirm along wih the tracking number / details
  • If an order is attempted delivery and either unclaimed or returned to us any future postage costs will be at the customers own expense

International Orders

  • International Shipping is £14.95
  • Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For / Tracked Delivery
  • Depending on the country of destination please allow 7 to 14 working days for these orders to arrive
  • Customers are responsible for any Customs Charges
  • International Orders are NON-RETURNABLE (excluding Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey)

VAT Exemption - All prices are showing with VAT included but exemption on VAT is available whether you purchase from our retail store, mail order or over the internet. Simply tick the VAT Exemption box and complete the form at the checkout to receive the VAT deduction automatically.

Prices - We will endeavour to hold the prices as shown on this website. Joseph’s retains the right at any time to revise prices to take account any increase in costs, including the increase or imposition of any tax, duty or other levy and variation in exchange rates. We will take all reasonable steps to inform you of any relevant revision of prices at the time of confirmation of your order. Unless otherwise stated, the price quoted will include VAT and any other tax or duty payable. Prices quoted on our internet pages may differ from those in our shop.

Price Match - The UK competitor’s product must be brand new, identical to ours, and offered on the same terms. We and the UK competitor must have stock ready for delivery. Following this we will consider matching the price of a product; not delivery charges or other services can not be used with any other offer.

Payment – All payments must be made in full and prior to dispatch of any order. Payment will be debited when the order has been placed. We accept payment by all major credit cards/debit cards excluding American Express. We are also happy to process your order / payment over the phone on 020 8648 5541 - Monday to Friday or by bank transfer.

Out of Stock Items – If your order/items are out of stock or there is a delay of expected delivery time you will notified via e-mail (please check your Junk Folder) along with updating your online status. If we are able to we will advise of any expected date of delivery and request that you confirm that you still wish to purchase the item. Please note this website does not have a live stock feed.

Multiple Orders - The maximum order we allow is 3 wigs or hairpieces. Please kindly note a 10% re-stocking charge will be applied if all wigs are returned for a refund. Orders consisting of more than 1 wig could be subject to possible delays. We will only send orders once all products are in stock and we can not split the shipping/order. We are more than happy to check availability for any products before and order placed - please email us here with styles and colours or call us on 020 648 5541.

Postage - Should you return items from a multiple order which takes you below our free postage threshold (currently £100) we reserve the right to deduct the postage from your eligible refund.

Faulty Items – If you feel that any item is faulty then it must be returned within 28 days of dispatch where we will inspect it on receipt. On some occasions we may seek a second opinion from the manufacturer. Please ensure any items are posted back to the below address via recorded delivery, without this we cannot be held liable for the goods not reaching us. The returns policy does not affect your statutory rights

NHS Vouchers - Nhs Vouchers can not be used online or in conjuction with any special orders

UK Returns and Exchanges Only -

  • Please check your order as soon as it arrives
  • If for any reason you are unhappy with your order you can return your order to the below address and we will be happy to refund or exchange under the following conditions: 
  • Please do not remove the tags when trying on a wig
  • If you remove the tags then you are accepting that the wig is non-returnable and you are happy to keep it - the refund will not be issued
  • Any wigs sent back to Joseph's Wigs with the tag not attached will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the customer.
  • We kindly ask if you are trying a wig on you use a wig cap for hygiene reasons
  • If we do not receive the goods back to us within 14 days of receipt you will be deemed to have accepted the goods - please returns will not be accepted after this period
  • We suggest that you send them back to us via a Tracked Service to ensure the safe return as proof of postage will not be accepted if we do not receive the goods
  • For personal hygiene reasons we cannot accept any item back that has been worn, coloured/dyed, styled, cut, sprayed or smelling of cigarette smoke or styling products. If this is the case the item will be returned to you and no refund will be given
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges
  • Orders are checked before dispatch and items must be returned with all tags and labels attached with the original packaging. Please include the slip below for reference
  • Once received back to us a refund will be processed - please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed
  • Joseph's Wigs reserves to right to refuse refunds if the customer repeatedly request refunds on subsequent orders
  • Eyelashes and all accessories including brushes and hair care products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons
  • Orders under £99.99 or under are subject to a non-refundable £6.95 shipping charge
  • Jon Renau products (human hair & fibre) are specially ordered, all returned products will incur a 10% handling fee
  • Raquel Welch Human Hair and Gisela Mayer Human Hair styles are specially ordered, all returned products will incur a 10% handling fee
