Yes, we have a shop called Josephs and we are based half way between Sutton and Morden in Surrey. This is operated on an appointment only basis and all appointments are conducted in a private fitting room. We are open Monday to Friday from 10.00am until 4pm for appointments, however, we can contacted after business hours via email sales@josephs-wigs.com or simply leave us a voicemail on 020 8648 5541 and we'll aim to get back to you within the same day.

If it's acrylic fibre yes, with all of our synthetic wigs just shake n'go! They can be trimmed and re-styled to suit. Human Hair styles will need some care and attention which we can advise you of before you order from us.

Yes we can offer a couple of salons locally (Carshalton/Banstead) who are very experienced and confident in wig cutting. These also operate on an appointment only basis.

Nothing at all - simply hang it on a wig tree to dry when you get home, do not dry using hair dryers or any other heated products as this will damage the fibres.

No, we do not buy human hair. However, you contact our nearest hair merchant on 020 8857 2546 who can advise you further.

Yes, we're happy to match your hair sample to the closest available wig/hairpiece colour. For complete instructions of how to go about this please contact us at sales@josephs-wigs.comor better still you can send us a recent photo as well to help us asist you.

Yes you are more than welcome to visit us in store for your wig or hairpiece to be fitted if required. Please telephone us on 020 8648 5541 anytime or fill out our contact us form and we will call you back at our earliest convenience. We operate on an appointment only basis and we cannot accept visits without an appointment. There is no sitting fee to fit wigs/hairpieces but please note any wig that is worn as fitted when leaving the premises cannot be exchanged or refunded

We sell shampoo, conditioner, hairspray, fibre oil conditioner, wig tape, bandana’s, turban’s, scarves and poly heads which should be used at night to help keep the shape of your wig. To see the full range please visit the Home Page.

Yes all of our orders are well packaged and very discreet using brown paper or Royal Mail Postal Bags.

Yes we ship to all countries. Please contact us before ordering to confirm shipping costs if outside the UK.

Wearing a new wig is like wearing a new pair of shoes, once you’ve worn it a few times in and around the house, it'll become much more comfortable as you get used to wearing it.

We would always advise to have 2 wigs so that you can rotate them, wearing one whilst the other is being washed - this will increase the life span of your wig.

We don't recommend you wear it in bed.

Not at all - your scalp can still breathe and wearing a wig will make no difference to any hair growing back.
